Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Free Tools Valley tools run entirely in your browser. Whatever you type (names, words, ideas) never reaches our servers. We store nothing. We sell nothing. Simple.

This page explains the few things we do collect, why we collect them, and what control you have over your information. It covers both our own data practices and the third-party services we use.

Who We Are

Free Tools Valley is a free online tools platform built for creators, couples, writers, gamers, and small businesses. Our tools include the Band Name Generator, Wedding Hashtag Generator, Name Combiner, and more on the way.

For privacy-related questions, contact us at:

We reply within 24 to 48 hours.

What You Type Into Our Tools

Absolutely nothing is stored. Seriously.

When you pick a genre in our Band Name Generator, type your names into the Wedding Hashtag Generator, or enter names in the Name Combiner, all of that happens inside your own browser. No data travels to our server. We see nothing, store nothing, and access nothing.

You do not need an account. We do not ask for an email. Nothing you type leaves your device.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, some basic technical information is collected automatically through analytics tools. This is standard for nearly every website and helps us understand how people use the site.

What gets collected:

  • Anonymized IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages you visited
  • Time and date of your visit
  • Referring website (where you came from)
  • Device type and general location (city or country level, not exact address)

That information comes from Google Analytics 4, which we cover next.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tells us which tools people actually use, where visitors come from, and how the site holds up under real traffic. That is the data we lean on when deciding what to build next.

Google Analytics uses cookies, small text files saved in your browser.

What Google Analytics collects:

  • Pages visited and time spent on site
  • General location (city or country level only)
  • Device and browser type
  • How you arrived at the site (search, direct, referral)

What Google Analytics does not do:

  • It does not track your identity
  • It does not read what you type into our tools
  • It does not send personal data to us directly

Want to opt out? Use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google's own privacy practices are covered in the Google Privacy Policy.

Advertising and Google AdSense

Free Tools Valley is supported by display advertising through Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. These networks help keep our tools free.

How advertising works on this site:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
  • Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving on this site.

How to opt out of personalized advertising:

Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads. It means the ads you see will be less relevant to your interests.

We do not control which specific ads appear on our site, and we do not share any information you type into our tools with advertisers.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies for two purposes: analytics and advertising.

  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) track how visitors use the site.
  • Advertising cookies (Google AdSense and other ad networks) serve relevant ads based on browsing behavior.
  • Our tools themselves set no cookies. Everything happens in your browser.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will not affect how our tools work, since the tools do not depend on cookies.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland, you will see a consent banner before non-essential cookies are placed. You can change your preferences at any time.

What We Do Not Do

To be completely clear:

  • We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
  • We do not store what you type into our tools.
  • We do not create accounts or profiles about you.
  • We do not require any signup or registration.
  • We do not send spam or marketing emails.
  • Your email stays between us. Even if you write in with a question, we do not pass that address on to anyone else.

Your Rights If You Are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland

Living in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland? The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you specific rights over your data. Here is what you can do.

Here is what you can ask for:

  • See your data. Ask for a copy of whatever we hold about you.
  • Fix what is wrong. If anything we have is inaccurate, ask us to correct it.
  • Delete your data. Ask us to erase what we hold.
  • Limit how we use it. Ask us to restrict processing.
  • Take your data elsewhere. Request a machine-readable copy.
  • Object to processing. Tell us to stop using your data for certain purposes.
  • Pull consent back. If we are relying on your consent to process something, you can change your mind whenever you want.
  • File a complaint. Not happy with how we handled your data? You can raise it with your country's data protection authority.

Why we are allowed to process this. Analytics runs on legitimate interest. We need to know how visitors use the site so we can keep improving it. Advertising runs on consent, which you give through the cookie banner.

How long we keep it. Your anonymized analytics data sits in Google Analytics 4 for up to 14 months. After that, it deletes itself.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact.zeeeditorials@gmail.com.

Your Rights If You Are a California Resident

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) gives you specific rights.

Categories of personal information we collect:

  • Identifiers: anonymized IP address (via analytics)
  • Internet activity: pages visited, time on site, referring source
  • Geolocation: city or country level only (not precise location)
  • Device information: browser type, operating system

Where it comes from: Collected automatically through Google Analytics 4 when you visit the site.

Why we collect it: Understanding site usage, improving tools, ensuring the site functions correctly, and serving relevant advertising.

Who has access: Google (Analytics and AdSense), and other advertising networks.

Your rights:

  • Right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell personal information. However, advertising cookies may constitute "sharing" under CPRA. To opt out of advertising cookie sharing, use the links in the Advertising section above or set your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact.zeeeditorials@gmail.com.

Our site may contain links to external websites. Once you click through to another site, their own privacy policy applies, not ours. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party sites.

Children's Privacy

Free Tools Valley is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will address it promptly.
